1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the BeansTech ecosystem platforms — including the Ativo Cloud marketplace — you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of services
Ecosystem of technology platforms in the following verticals: PropTech (real estate solutions), LegalTech (legal technology and arbitration), FinTech (financial and investment solutions), HealthTech (healthcare with CFM compliance), WineTech (wine management), and AI Platforms (the Ativo Cloud cloud and AI marketplace).
3. Registration and account
You are responsible for: providing truthful and up-to-date information; keeping your password confidential; all activities carried out in your account; promptly notifying any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware or malicious code; reverse engineer the systems; use the services for spam; attempt to access unauthorized systems or data.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the platforms, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and data compilations, is the property of BeansTech or its suppliers and is protected by Brazilian and international laws. The Anti-Hallucination Protocol (RAGJur) is registered with the INPI.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) or US Dollars (USD) and may change with prior notice; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; cancellations can be made at any time from the dashboard; refunds follow the specific policy of each platform.
7. Limitation of liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the services.
8. Modifications to the terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platforms. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected to resolve any disputes.
